Dr. Johnston grew up in Monticello, Georgia on their family farm and was raised in the Monticello Presbyterian Church. She started working for a chiropractor in high school, while working there and getting adjusted, her allergies and sinus pressure she dealt with since she was a child were relieved. Soon after that, she got her mom started under chiropractic care, who had been diagnosed with Lupus and on 8 different medications and taking steroid injections. After a few months of care, her mom no longer experienced the symptoms of Lupus and is now in remission from Lupus. After seeing how your nervous system directly influences how your body functions, Dr. Johnston knew what her passion is in life. Upon graduation, she had a goal of moving back to her hometown and helping the people she knew and loved. She now resides in Jasper County, with the love of her life, Matt and their American Bulldog named, Tito.
